Exosect has developed a range of cost effective and environmentally benign alternatives to pesticides for insect control and its innovative and cost-effective products help growers, food producers and processors actively reduce their use of insecticides. Its products are used globally in a wide range of sectors including crop protection, (agriculture, horticulture and stored products), apiculture, amenity and public health.
MTI lead a £2.25m funding round in Exosect at the beginning of 2010 alongside new investors Hygea VCT and existing investors including WHEB Ventures, Oxford Capital and Entrepreneurs Fund.
David Ward sits on the Board of directors at Exosect.
